Chores Can Keep You in Shape
But don't try to do too much at once
It's an old adage: Don't put off until tomorrow what can be done today.
Now, physical therapists at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas say you can save yourself a lot of aches and pains by doing yard work and other chores in small chunks of time throughout the week. They suggest breaking the work into 20 or 30 minute blocks per day.
And you can keep your muscles toned and get some exercise at the same time.
