Tips for creating a daily routine
The American Heart Association says it's time to make exercise a regular part of your life. There are several ways to do that and they don't require memberships at expensive health clubs:
- Do your own gardening and lawn care -- skip the riding mower.
- Walk or bike to the supermarket.
- Take short walks in the morning and evening.
- Park farther away than you usually would from the mall entrance.
