Defeating "restless legs" syndrome

(HealthDayNews) -- Restless legs syndrome, that feeling of tingling or pulling that goes up and down your legs, can make for a troublesome night's sleep.

Although scientists don't know what causes this syndrome, the National Center on Sleep Disorders Research suggests that you might want your doctor to check for an iron or vitamin deficiency, which can be easily treated.
