(HealthDayNews) -- How do you stop guests who have consumed too much alcohol from driving home?

The Harvard Medical Center suggests these tactics:

• Take their car keys away.
• Ask a sober guest to drive them home.
• Call them cabs.
• Have them sleep at your place.

One more note: Coffee or cold showers might awaken your guests, but they won't make them sober.
