Wash Those Water Bottles

Regular hygiene an often-overlooked aspect

Bacteria can nestle and multiply in the tiny crevices of plastic bottles. While this is less likely to occur in hard plastic bottles, the germs can enter and grow in any bottle, especially when the container is used repeatedly without washing or if the water becomes warm.
