Maybe you've considered getting a nose job. After all, who wouldn't want the "perfect" nose?
Well, "perfect" may be in the eye of the beholder, according to the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. While perfection may not be possible, slight alterations to the nose can improve your breathing or enhance your self-image.
But a word of caution: Before surgery, it is very important that the patient have a "clear, realistic understanding of what change is possible ,as well as the limitations and risks of the procedure," the academy says.
