Genetic Risk to Ovarian Cancer Does Not Modify Protective Effect of Aspirin

Genetic susceptibility to ovarian cancer (OC) does not modify the protective effect of frequent aspirin use on OC risk. An analysis of 4,476 case patients with nonmucinous OC and 6,659 controls revealed polygenic score did not modify the 13% reduction in OC risk.
