Most Underserved, Minority Patients Satisfied After First Telemedicine Visit

Satisfaction with telemedicine appears to be high for meeting both medical and social needs. Among 79 patients who received care via telemedicine at a Detroit primary care clinic for the underserved, 3% reported they were uncomfortable and 88% were willing to attend future telemedicine visits.
