MR Radiomics Can Help Spare Bone Marrow in Cervical Cancer Chemoradiotherapy

In cervical cancer chemoradiotherapy, magnetic resonance (MR) radiomics can detect microscopic changes in pelvic bone marrow. In a retrospective study of 54 patients, first-order features on MR radiomics showed a significant dose-response relationship between radiation dose and bone marrow counts.
