(HealthDayNews) -- If you're pregnant, here are some of the most common physical effects you may endure.

They come from research at John Hunter Hospital in New South Wales, Australia, which surveyed pregnant women and found the five most frequent complaints common to the entire group:

  • Frequent urination
  • Tiredness
  • Pelvic pressure
  • Lack of sleep
  • Lower back pain

The women also said the symptoms get worse during the third trimester -- but most go away after the baby is born.
