Achoo ... It's The Shampoo

(HealthDayNews) -- Hairdressers have a pretty risky occupation. It may look safe, but exposure to hair sprays, dyes and cosmetics can lead to asthma and skin reactions.

And says the Scandinavian Journal of Work and Environmental Health, there are hazards that you might not have anticipated -- maybe no one would have anticipated.

In a survey of 355 hairdressers in Helsinki, Finland, 8.6 percent of those surveyed said they were allergic to dandruff.
