The Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center says these common airborne particles can trigger those annoying symptoms:
- Dust.
- Dander from pets and other animals.
- Fungi spores.
- Pollen.
- Non-allergenic irritants, such as air pollution and tobacco smoke.
