Jet lag can ruin anyone's big trip. After all, who wants to spend a couple of days feeling like you're in the wrong time zone?
The American Academy of Family Physicians has some tips to get you back on your feet:
- Get lots of sleep before your trip;
- Go easy on the alcohol;
- Stick to well-balanced meals and don't overeat;
- Make sure to exercise regularly;
- Start living according to the new time zone before arriving there.
