Try to limit stress and anxiety

(HealthDay News) -- Talking in your sleep may not be dangerous or require treatment, but it can keep your partner awake.

If you talk during sleep, the National Sleep Foundation offers these ideas to help curb your chatter:

  • Treat any underlying health conditions, such as stress or anxiety, or a sleep disorder.
  • Adhere to a consistent sleep and wake schedule.
