Telephone Health Coach Aids Behavior, but Not Blood Pressure

Telephone coaching and blood pressure (BP) self-monitoring aids behavior change in young adults with uncontrolled hypertension. Among 316 participants (median age, 35 years), those in the intervention increased physical activity and cut dietary sodium intake but did not have significantly lower BP.
