Transcranial Sonography, Clinical Characteristics Predict Cognitive Impairment in Parkinson Disease

Transcranial sonography plus clinical factors predict cognitive impairment (CI) in Parkinson disease (PD). Among 172 PD patients, sensitivity and specificity of predicting CI were 81.8% and 64.6%, respectively, with depression and sexual and olfactory dysfunction as independent risk factors.
