Greater baseline retinal nonperfusion on ultra-widefield fluorescein angiography is linked to disease worsening in peripheral diabetic retinopathy. In a multivariable analysis, a higher nonperfusion index and the presence of predominantly peripheral lesions were linked to disease worsening.
