Chicken Delights

Fried chicken isn't as bad as you'd think

(HealthDayNews) -- If you pass up fried chicken for a hamburger or pasta when you are eating out because you think fried chicken is too fattening, here's a fact to surprise you:

Half a fried chicken breast is 232 calories, far less fattening than a hamburger, which is 350 calories. And a serving of spaghetti is 396 calories.

The fried chicken, by the way, has not even twice as many calories as a glass of orange juice (120).
