How to Eat Right
Dietitians offer advice
(HealthDayNews) -- Your goal is to reduce your daily fat intake to a maximum 30 percent of total food energy. But watching every gram of fat is depleting all your mental energy.
So here's a tip from the Journal of the American Dietetic Association. If you find yourself doing the things on this list, the likelihood is that you're doing everything else right too:
- Eat low-fat cheese.
- Eat bread without added fat.
- Eat chicken without the skin.
- Have fruits and vegetables at snack time.
- Use low calorie salad dressing.
