Of Weight and Water
Your weight is a guide to recommended water intake
(HealthDayNews) -- How much water should you drink each day? The answer depends on how much you weigh, according St. Louis Community College.
If you weigh 160 pounds, you should drink eight glasses daily. And for each 25 pounds over that, you need an extra glass.
Plain water is your best choice. But you can also get fluids from many fruits and vegetables. For example, celery is 95Â percent water; broccoli, 91Â percent; and watermelon, 92Â percent.
