Organic Foods

They're no more nutritious than non-organic products

(HealthDayNews) -- These days, most supermarkets have a section for organic foods. And lots of people think if it's organic, it must be more nutritious.

Well, according to Harvard Medical Schools, organic foods contain the same nutrients as non-organic foods -- and in the same amounts.

The only advantage of organic foods is that they contain little, if any, pesticides or herbicides. Still, foods may contain cancer-causing ingredients, whether grown organically or not.
