A healthy diet for kids pays dividends later

The American Heart Association estimates that 35 million of today's 83 million children will eventually die from heart and blood vessel disease. And now there's strong evidence that high cholesterol in children can lead to heart problems later.

The association recommends watching what kids eat after age 2. So consult your pediatrician to get your children off to a healthy start. Apparently, it's never too early to eat right.
