But maybe some have too much of a good thing
Fat. Even the word probably makes you think about going on a diet. But though many of us have too much of it, we all need some.
Fat cells' roles include insulating the body against heat loss, controlling what travels in and out of our cells, protecting the nervous system and helping regulate the menstrual cycle in women.
So, the next time you look in the mirror and think you need to lose some weight, cheer up. At least you'll have the energy to do it.
